His experience and skills include coordination of multiple consultants and contractors, guidance of municipal approvals, budget and schedule development and management, client reporting, and pre-construction services.Prior to starting his own business, Eric worked at a prominent Californian project management firm where he was responsible for the turn-key implementation of major development projects for distinguished institutional and corporate clients such as Disney, LACMA, and Pepperdine.
