This company might be the most lazy company here that don't want to work at all.
Here is my story.
I called them during March,they said called back the end of April because they are busy.
I called them April, they said call back next month because they are busy.
The people who answer the phone is very impatient and keep saying they are all booked up. She don't even try to set up an appointment for you to do the estimation.
I called earlier this month, hope different people will answer the phone, but no, still the same lady who answer the phone.
This time, she asked, did you get other companies

The receptionist is extremely Rude! I have called twice to get an estimate and she has been almost hateful both times. I will not be using Viking and I will be sharing this with as many people as I can. Seeing that posts on here go back a year+ saying similar things, obviously this company doesn't value customer care.

My husband and I are happy we chose Viking Fence. They are professional, personable, reasonably priced and the project was finished within a great time frame. Can’t even get a quote from them. Lady rude on phone.
Called a second time. Still trying to get a fence quote. I am sure I got the same rude lady. She said again not doing quotes because they are 2 months behind. I tired to explain I have to turn the quote in to the city for a repair and it might be a few months before I could have the work done and she would not even hear me out! I will not ever call again.
