Reasonably priced storage units, (especially through on-line specials) lighting in unit, near Keizer and I-5, and nice and helpful office person, Janel. I rented for almost 3 months and had no problems using the online payment system. I suggest before going in, check on-line to see what specials are still available. My only suggestion to Hyacinth Storage would be to add more cameras and extend the gate hours, but overall, this was the best storage rental unit I have had so far in Salem, and I have rented with 2 other companies.

They seemed to meet my storage needs adequately enough. They gave many different sizes of storage units available. Gaining access to the unit was very easy even after business hours which I needed more than anything. I only needed the storage for about a month and if I need storage again I will check here first.
