I've waited 3 weeks to get an estimate sent to me for some damage I needed to have repaired to my hardwood floors. I called several times and had to give my information over and over. Still no estimate. Finally I was told that the person I needed to talk to would be out of town for a week. Forget it. Won't use this business. I also think it's interesting that on their facebook page you only see the best review and not the bad ones. Another reason I won't use them.
