Let me start off by saying I’m the type of person that only reviews companies if I had an extremely good or poor experience and holy smokes Luminous Flooring absolutely crushed it. I had a contractor bail on me last minute a week before I had to put my house on the market. Now I can’t speak to their ability to do this on a more frequent basis but they had a slot open up and within a day luminous got someone out to not only give me a quote but came in at the most reasonable quote possible. I highly recommend Luminous Flooring! We had carpet in our entire second level with wood floors underneath. Luminous pulled out the carpet and sanded and refinished the floors and our stair treads. Here’s what I liked about working with Luminous: 1) the finished floors and stairs look great! 2) the team seemed to take good care to tape off and keep the work area clean—there wasn’t an excessive amount of dust elsewhere in the house. 3) the communication was outstanding. I highly recommend Luminous flooring for your hardwood flooring needs. From the 1st time I met Matt when he came to my home to provide the estimate,, it was obvious he knew hardwood. He was very knowledgeable on the various types of flooring and took the time to answer all of my questions. When it came time for the installation, Jake, Dylan, and Julian did an excellent job. They were professional, on time, cleaned everything up at the end of the day, and did an excellent job. I love my new floor.

I had hardwood floors under carpet in my home that I was wanting refinished. Luminous Flooring came out for the estimate quickly and returned the quote within 24 hours. They had availability within a month which beat other contractors by 2 months, at least. Their quote was very reasonable and when Matt came out for the estimate, he was very informative, answering my questions patiently, not making me feel dumb for any questions. We recently had Luminous Flooring do an installation of hardwood in our home. From start to finish, Matt and his crew did a fantastic job. The quote was reasonable and provided in a timely manner. The hardwood floors in the house we just bought were ruined by a DIY sanding and refinishing job (done by my husband his friend) and after crying over all the drum marks on the floor and the uneven stains I was looking for a professional company to sand and refinish the floor.
