Johnny was extremely nice, he came same day for a leak in my downstairs bathroom. It was unknown what was causing it and they did great investigation with minimal removal of drywall. It ended up being a small leak from a drainage pipe and they had their sister company Ultimate Plumbing come out same day to help us get it repaired. I would highly recommend these guys they did great work and quickly too so we mitigated damage. Their service was also extremely responsibly priced. Would use them again if we have another home issue.

I recommend Ultimate Restoration to any one in need of their services. Part of my bathroom ceiling fell this morning and I was in a panic. Johnny Bonee and his crew took care of everything quickly. I was very impressed with the thorough mold removal. My family has been ill from mold and they came out and found the source in a completely different place then we thought. He found water intrusion in the front of our home and mold going up the inside of the walls. He removed all mold from home and cleaned the a.c as well. Afterwards our air tested beyond acceptable!! Ultimate Restoration offered different options for the odor removal and after honest discussion, we made a selection. Entire process was less than 30 minutes and we are very pleased with final product and service. Smoke Odor is gone!
If we have any more smoke issues, no question we will call Johnny /Ultimate Restoration first. Professional, communicates well, fair pricing, courteous. Good people.

I came from out of town to take care of my sister after she got a knee replacement. While there, I accidentally flooded her new house!!! Johnny from Ultimate Restoration came out immediately on a Saturday afternoon and started the cleanup. He is trustworthy and kind. He encouraged me as I was crying about my blunder.
