I cannot express enough how impressed I am with ServiTech Pro. I called Friday morning to get an appointment to fix my LG washer. I expected to get an appointment the following week. They were able to fit me that day and he even stayed late to get the job done. Very professional and I highly recommend!!

Cesar Molina was an efficient and effective technician. He spent a lot of time asking questions so as to identify the problems I was facing with my appliances and then he offered me several solutions.I learned something about how my appliances operate and how I can make them work better for me. Highly Recommeded! Very responsive, knowledgeable and honest staff! Very affordable and always on time. They're technicians were very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had about my repair. Great customer service experience! Overall poor service.
Thought it would be minor problem with repair of range. Did not give any idea of estimate. At the conclusion it was about $800 charge. Would not have had the repair done if I had known about the charge.
Completely not transparent. Ripped off my elderly father significantly. Please find someone else.
Addendum to response: complaint not about quality of work. It is about lack of transparency. My elderly father called to fix what seemed to be a minor problem. When the technician came he did not give any idea of the scope of problem or potential cost. $340-400 parts were ordered

Cesar J. Molina was the Service Technician sent to my home to repair my washing machine. I had requested someone who could be here today, in the middle of snow showers. He was prompt and very professional. He found the problem, went to get the part and installed it! Couldn't be happier with his service!
