Wayfinder is a five star moving company. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this company. I found them on Yelp with a five star review. I contacted possibly three companies on Yelp that were highly rated but they got back to me within an hour. I had a virtual tour with their office representative the next day and received an estimate for my move very quickly. That estimate was pretty much what I paid on the day of my move. I cannot say enough about Ricky and Bob who actually were the movers that assisted me. You want these two to help you. Moving is stressful.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we recieved. Prior to our move, the staff was always on top of coordinating everything & wonderful with communication. The day of our move, the 4-man moving team was prompt, professional, efficient, friendly & kind...they even finished up an hour ahead of the estimated schedule. Wayfinder Moving gets an “A”. Their team is second to none. The went beyond the extraordinary accommodating delays in our closing date and making scheduling adjustments. Absolute rockstars. Polite, courteous, professional. They showed up and we had way more than we had originally thought, but they got it done in pretty much the time allotted. My only tip would be to over estimate what you have (boxes wise) so that they are ready for what you have. Otherwise, very easy to work with and I felt confident in this company from the beginning.

In addition to the range of services offered, this company delivers for QVC and HSN. They delivered my mattress in Rochester. The mattress was a Cal King and had to go up 52 stairs around tight corners. Jose and Matt were the consummate professionals. Polite, took off their shoes, etc.

First I rated them 1 star : they were responsible to deliver a sofa bed to my house ( with white glove delivery), they were rude and did not event try to fit in the sofa saying it wont fit when it will fit based on measurements. They were clearly in a rush, I told them to put the other part too and they say no and they just left.
Five star review: they called me next day and apologized (thank you) , they came to try again later to my house and yes it fit in the stairs and now is where we wanted.

Our parents had been in the same house for 55 years. They were going to move 400 miles away to be away from Western New York weather. I got quotes from a couple different companies, but Wayfinder stuck out. For price, and for the "value added" services that can't be measured.

The. Absolute. Worst.
This has been the worst experience I've had with any company in any industry. They've lost my information on multiple occasions, scheduled deliveries that never happened, their moving truck broke down attempting to get to my location.
I simply don't understand how a company does so poorly.
