Tough review for me to leave. I almost never leave bad reviews. I'll make an exception in this case.
1 - the products are exceptional (mostly, see below) ...and fairly priced to boot.
2 - The wait time (which they do not disclose up front) was horrendous...3-4 months!
3 - Customer Service is a name only with these guys.
Story - We were designing and building a home in Arizona and wanted that 'Southwestern' look. We were happy to find this company through our online searches! We ordered (4) ceiling fans, (4) pendant lights, and a couple other items. When they FINALLY arrived, our

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! 3 years ago Kiva helped us through the process of ordering on the phone with a real person. We purchased 6 ceiling fixtures, 1 ceiling fan with light kit, 4 wall sconces, 3 bathroom vanity lights, 2 outdoor lights, 1 outdoor hanging light and 1 outdoor chandelier. We are so impressed with the quality of these beautiful lights!!! Made in America is really important to us. These fixtures still look new, unique and work beautifully. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIVA!!!

I ordered several light fixtures from Kiva Lighting. Their staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent support. I live in Guam and so I always appreciate when a company says Yes, We Ship To Guam! The products were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I previously reviewed and I probably would raise my one star to 3 1/2 if I knew how to leave a 1/2. About 10 days after my initial conversation with Todd, we took the light kit off one fan and install on the non running fan and the fan did not work which left the only problem to be the fan motor. I wrote a second email to Kiva. A couple of days later I received a call from Todd. He said they had been able to find a fan in the warehouse. I would have felt better if they had of found the unit prior to my second email or had offered to look in the warehouse when I called the first time. But something

I Previously gave this store 1 star for the following reasons listed below. I have just changed it to 5 stars because Today I received a phone call from Todd at the store. They have decided to send me a new sign to my new address. It was a very nice surprise as I had never expected to see it again. I am very grateful that they are replacing it. I would now definitely do business with them again and I learned a valuable lesson when using PayPal to definitely double check the auto fill information that they provide to retailers.

We ordered a hugger ceiling fan/light combo. It came in about 6 weeks after we ordered it. We were very impressed with the beautiful artistry of the piece we ordered. After about 2 weeks of using the fan non stop I used the pull switch to shut it off. I thought it probably needed a break. The next day I went to turn the fan back on and it wouldn't turn on. I wasn't sure what was going on. My husband looked into it and thought it was the switch. I contacted Kiva lighting and they consulted with their electrician and came to the same conclusion as my husband. 2 days later, a new switch assembly was

I live in Austin, Texas and am an alumni of The University of Texas, here. I have a nice library in my house and it lacked a chandelier / ceiling fan. I searched online for any western-themed and/or longhorn-themed fan light and by accident saw a picture of one on Pinterest. I then had to join Pinterest in order to see the pic, again. Somehow I then found a link to thesouthweststore which ultimately led me to Kiva Lighting in New Mexico. I then took a total risk and ordered this pricey fan, sight unseen (and therefore to the angst of my wife) and waited for it to arrive.

This company has great looking, unique lighting options at very fair prices. We are in So. California & have a home that was built to look like a mountain lodge.
I found Kiva's web site by chance when I googled western or cabin decor. Last year, I purchased the "Mountainaire" ceiling fan with the light kit. I paid a little over $600/ which was only half of what it would cost in a retail store. The fan is very quiet and puts out very good air flow. I also bought a small ceiling light that looks like a lantern.
