They came to "fix" my AC and put a little bit of freon in it. They didnt check for leaks or anything. And charged me $225 and within a few days my AC was not cooling again.
*edit* turns out the compressor was bad a guy came and installed it and poked a hole in my coils and left it like that. They had to come back that night and fix it.

Stay Cool Heating & Air Inc. was a company that the home warranty company dispatched to one of my previous properties. Initially the company seemed as if they wanted to help get a solution to my AC problems. Well after the first few responses from this company, there were still issues with the AC units. After this company recieved my deductible they became more distant. They stopped answering calls, text messages, and did not stay true to their schedule when I advised that there were still issues with the Units. Finally we had to call the home warranty company to
