We had an appointment booked within 36 hours of calling (other companies were telling us it would be o er a week), they called to confirm and let us know they were on the way, and they were on time. Other A/C companies told me "it will be weeks before we can send someone out to do your home maintenance check", but Ponsell came out the next day. Not only checking everything, but also dismantling outside unit just to power wash/clean inside and out. ADDITION TO MY INITIAL REVUE.....I had a cooler go down in the front of my gourmet food walk in retail location. Ponsell came out and determined that the fan motor cooling the coils had stopped working, took the serial number of the unit and told me they'd order the part and return to repair/install.
