Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and they were very easy to work with. We had our entire AC unit replaced and Turner Brothers did a great job from start to finish. Our unit completely died, they were very responsive and even dismantled the old unit and finished replacing the new unit sooner than we expected. If you can imagine the trust needed in a location where we rely heavily upon AC this is a recommendation that I understand holds a lot of weight. I highly recommend Turner Brothers.

I first enlisted Turner Brothers when our ac went out in the middle of July. The gentleman that came out was so sweet an professional. He informed me that the system needed replaced, but seeing I had a one month old and my husband was deployed he fixed it up for us to get through the summer. Then in January the furnace kicked the bucket and Turner Bros were our first choice to replace everything. We had another company install our NEW A/C with Heat Pump and a NEW Hair Handler. We were so happy....UNTIL....every 3 to 4 days the air would go off and we were ONLY getting HEAT. The man kept coming out replacing the NEW thermostat (first time he found the wiring was reversed in the Air Handler, causing the Thermostat to overheat. FOUR more times this happens, he kept changing the Thermostat to a new one EACH TIME! Finally my husband had enough and called you guys, because you all work on Tranes. Our AC started blowing warm air... We called Turner Brothers and they sent a technician out the same day! They were able to provide a temporary fix but we eventually had to schedule a follow-up for a more in-depth repair (due to a poor install job from another business). Turner Brothers stood behind their work 100%. When the initial solution didn't cut it, they sent out the whole team to tackle the job. Thank you guys for your diligence and follow through. Seems like the mystery of our air conditioner has finally been solved!
