I have used Eds comfort solutions for my last two AC installations. One on a condo I sold and another just a week ago in my new home. Both times they were polite, professional, courteous, and answered any questions I had! Every single person there cares about doing the best job they can. Brian and David did my most recent install and they did an amazing job and were some of the friendliest people you can meet. We moved into a home about 3 months ago. Our ac has not been cooling. We finally broke down and called an ac company who wanted a lot of money to fix it. We called ECS because they installed the unit. We called after hours and they advised to call back the next morning when they opened because 1) it would save us money and 2) if we called right at 7:30 they could probably get us in the same day. They sure did. We called into the office . This is a update to a review that I wrote 2 months ago. About a week after leaving a 5 star review I noticed that the attic door and stairs to the area that houses the air handler they installed was chipped and not put back on correctly, we contacted Ed's and they sent Brandon out to look at it and he said they would get it fixed. It is now over two months later and they have not sent someone out to fix it. This is not how you treat a customer that spent over 6000.00 dollars on a new HVAC system.

I want to give a huge shout out to this company. They have been so awesome to work with and anyone that needs HVAC services, you need to use Ed's Comfort Solutions. Their guys are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and honest. I had a home warranty that was just slapping band aid after band aid on my old unit. Brandon came out and quickly fixed the issue with my condensers but the old unit just couldn't run anymore. He gave me the truth about my old unit which I needed a new one. I recently moved into a home just off Amelia Island ( I couldn't afford anything nice on the island.) About a year after I moved in the air conditioning system went on the fritz.
