They were very helpful, not at all pushy like some other companies. Sun Source took their time to come to my house to talk with me for 2 hours, the installers were very professional. I thought it would take weeks to install teh panels, but in 3 days they had all the panels up. The electrician was very nice and polite. I am glad I went with Sun Source Energy!

Excellent Experience! From start to finish we have been thoroughly pleased with our solar system. We had many choices when it came time for us to make a decision regarding our solar installation. Several companies came to our home to present their solutions and only Sun Source Energy took the time to make sure that we understood the entire proposal. They answered all of our questions with a high level of confidence and professionalism. The installation went very smoothly with no hitches. We had been considering solar for quite a while and finally decided to take the leap. We went with Sun Source Energy because of their excellent reviews and warranty. The installers were on time, friendly and efficient. They did accidentally damage a screen on one of our windows but had it replaced and back to new within a couple hours. We are excited to now be producing our own power! We would definitely recommend Sun Source Energy for your solar project!

We flipped the switch this week on our new solar power system! Sun Source Energy was excellent to work with, and we're very happy with our system. Solar power was completely new to us. From the time we asked for a quote until the project was done, we had a million questions, all answered patiently and in language we could understand. I think the responsiveness is especially admirable given that they work on whole buildings and construction projects, when we're just a little rambler in the suburbs. From sales person to install, and amazing experience. I was able to be up and running in less than four weeks from sign up. Install crew was fast had the job installed in one day. Color matched our stucco on all related piping and upgraded main panel with ease. Would highly recommend Sun Source Energy to all.

We installed our system about 6 months ago. It is doing great. We had an excellent experience with Sun Source Energy from the beginning till the end. The whole team was very professional and responsive. Our solar consultant Josh has a great sense of empathy for the client interests, and awareness of their level of knowledge. They did not try to oversell us on the size of the solar system. We love how our system looks and functions - really nice! The price is very competitive. The team at Sun Source Energy was reliable, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish of our project. They designed and installed a fairly large sized rooftop solar and accompanying battery system at our home. Their head installer was very insightful about how to think about system capacity, cell efficiency, various optimizer/inverter technologies, and what to expect long-term in terms of maintenance and payback. Warning to everyone about this company!!! They are not a reliable company to TRUST!! They are selling Solar contracts to elderly customers and promising them $1500 cash rebate after they signed the loan documents BUT they never return after loan papers were signed especially the Rep ~ A??? ~ my auntie is very very upset & disappointed with the service, how she was treated and abused!!! I really don't want to even give this company a star, they don't deserve a rating!!! Beware with this company and their representatives!!!
