I had a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday. I called 4 different places and couldn't get anyone to answer or call back.Troy from Roto-Rooter called me back Sunday morning and was at my place by noone. He took less than an hour to fix my clog. Very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Definitely would call him again for my plumbing issues. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

After dealing with a clogged main sewer drain for a week and a half with another Lynchburg Plumbing company I called Roto Rooter last night. They said they would have someone call me first thing in the morning. By 8:20 I had a call and was told a truck would be here by 9 am. By 10am that had corrected the issue the other company had not removed. They pulled out a massive ball of roots.
Not only were they responsive but they were about 30% cheaper. I am very thankful they had very professional and honest. They actually ran their machine twice to make sure the blockage was definitely taken care
