Highly Recommend Pebble Paving. Great experience from start to finish. John is easy to work with. Mike and the crew were phenomenal and the finished product is amazing. We just had our driveway done and man, what a great job! It is absolutely gorgeous. All of our neighbors are completely awed. We checked into pavers and redoing the concrete but both were way out of our price range. Plus, the pebble paving is SO much more attractive. And, best of all the process was so incredibly easy! No demo and the job only took a half a day. John was delightful to work with and the crew was clean, efficient and paid loving attention to every detail. While I can't attest to the work of this company, I can say that the customer service is outstanding! I emailed them out of desperation as I need to repair a pebble stoop on my house. No one I contacted in western NC could help. John responded rapidly and has emailed me on several times to help me figure this out. His information has been invaluable! I would use this company in a heart beat if I weren't a coast away.

Just had these guys do our Driveway and patio. I have to say the workmanship is first rate, the attention detail was outstanding! The corners were sharp, edges done perfectly finished project looked fantastic! Foreman and crew were very professional, worked hard, easy to talk to, explaining the process and the materials completely. John is one of the rudest people I've met. He showed up to my house for an estimate and sat outside honking multiple times to announce his presence. Who does that? A lunatic! And then once I came outside (two minutes later!) he complains that I didn't have the gate open for him (he showed up early). He gave me the creeps. Worst customer service ever. Don't ever do business with this man!

I love my backyard since I got the ugly discolored cement covered with pebble paving. The job exceeded my expectations by a lot. Very knowledgeable, professional crew that have been in the business for a long time. If you have cracked, discolored or uneven pavement, this is the answer. John Falconer and his crew did a fantastic job covering 30 year old pebble paving on the patio, driveway and sidewalks with a new color and leveling out cracked and sunken concrete areas to provide a smooth, level and uniform surface. From John's first visit and quote in April until the job was scheduled and completed in August, following other yard improvements, John was timely, professional and helpful in selecting the right stone and delivering a quality product, on time and on budget! I had the pleasure of doing business with John Falconer of the Pebble Paving Company. John was a complete professional in every aspect of our business engagement. I've worked with many, many contractors and John was by far the best to deal with. John is an old school businessman, and I really liked that about him. He came to my house and explained the entire process, took measurements and provided me a quote before he left. Surprised to hear John is the owner. All I got from him was nasty, unprofessional emails because of a missed appointment due to a mix up about times. This is not behavior normal of such a minor issue. We dodged a bullet because I'm sure if we had chosen this company, we'd be regretting it. To quote him..."THANK GOD!" Not only are we enjoying the beauty of the surface but it is incredibly easy to maintain. When mud is tracked across it or dirt accumulates, it is so easy to wash it away. In our last home we were constantly sweeping or washing down the patio pavers. Now with the mixed pebbles surface, some of the debris is camouflaged by the porous stone surface and saves cleanup time and water

We've been doing a lot of construction around our house, and resurfacing our back patio is one of the final things. I've worked with a lot of contractors, from roofing, to painting, to stone fabrication, plumbing, flooring, etc. it was so refreshing working with John. Sadly, our experience with John Falconer has been less than pleasant. Let's start with the positive: the pebble his company installed about a dozen years ago looks great and has held up fairly well. Admittedly, we did not maintain it as was recommended, but it still looks pretty good. (We did have it resurfaced once - they powerwashed it, made some minor repairs to worn areas and resealed the patio. Looked nice!)
The problem is that the pebble was installed up to and beyond the weep-screed that all homes have around the slab. The weep-screed is there to allow air flow and avoid water damage
