This was my first experience buying a car at a small local owned business. There was no pressure to buy a car, no push toward the newest or most expensive on the lot like my past experiences at big corporate dealerships. Teresa and Don listened to me and my needs and would answer questions honestly. Every detail was written out and explained so I could easily understand where the money goes. Customer service is above and beyond. I really enjoyed this experience, and can’t imagine doing business anywhere else. Thank you both so much for your time and expertise!

Was not the horrific time I was anticipating, like your big dealers. Will refer friends and family to check out “ the small town guy.”

I bought a car last year and found the whole experience enjoyable. Don let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and he never put any pressure on me to buy or add any additional expenses. They are friendly and honest about the cars they sell. I have recommended friends and family to check his cars before looking elsewhere. Was so impressed with Don and his Wife that I am currently in the process of buying a second car for myself. Great car dealer, honest, friendly and has reliable used cars.

Have now bought 3 vehicles from Don and Teresa. First one was back in 2016. These 2 are the most wonderful people you will meet. I won't go anywhere else to buy a used vehicle. They make the whole experience very easy. And they stand behind their vehicles!! I could not recommend anyone else higher!!

After shopping at a couple other used car lots we came upon Troxell Auto mainly because they had a vehicle of interest to us. What we found was not only a great car but a different experience than we had elsewhere. Don and Teresa are great. I recommend if you are looking for a nice used auto to start right at Troxell, I know we will.
