If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We needed a window repaired. We looked online, got an estimate emailed to us within 1 day, decided to go with them and set up an appointment. That whole process was great.........Fast forward til today, (Friday) the day of the appointment.

I shattered my sliding glass window and Anthony was there within a couple of hours . The glass was replaced after a couple of days and it was perfect. I loved that the company always responded to every call or text as I am gun-shy with any service provider.

I highly recommend this company for window repair. I had a bird slam my bay window and crack it good. I called up this company and they quoted me by text and came out the next day and completed the job fast and professional. I’ll share a before and after photo - they did amazing. They were fast, clean, and the communication from Wendy Over the phone was A+. I would use them again and again.

Exceptional service. A bird smashed into my window right as we were leaving on vacation for two weeks! I called this company and fortunately had someone in the area that was able to fix it within the hour. Life savers. The technician was very quick and did a great job on such a short notice.

AJ Glass was able to repair a multipaned window that I had fallen through. Other companies said that all they could do was to completely replace the entire 12' tall arched window. AJ was able to fix the broken section of widow like new at a fraction of the cost. It looks even better than before. An outstanding job and they had it down in 2 day. Incredible service.

This is the second time I hired this company. Their prices were slightly better than the competition and they did decent installations that took surprisingly little time. They also offer a veterans discount for those who may be able to take advantage of this. Satisfied with their services, thank you.

First off I have to compliment the guys that did the actual service. They were very polite, and had the work done in about 5 minutes. All they had to do was reseal a window.
The prices are where I ran into a real problem. First off the $75 minimum service fee, turned out to be over and above anything else that was done. My windows just needed a simple bead of caulk to seal it up, but in addition to the service fee I was charged an additional $175. It was a total of $250 for less than five minutes of work and less than a dollars materials.
Hopefully this fixed the problem.

What an amazing company!! I called AJ Glass because they were close to my parents home; they were kind, professional and affordable. When my parents called to pick up the glass pieces they told my mother they were concerned the edges would be too sharp for the purpose they had it cut and suggested they smooth the edges to be safe. When my mother asked what the cost would be they said they would do it for free! As if that wasn't enough ....when the glass was finished they insisted on delivering it and brought it into the home and put it in place. AJ Glass has a customer for life and a sincerely

Waste of $75.00. I contacted AJ Glass to come and look at what I thought were leaky windows. The technician spent approximately 10 minutes outside looking at my windows from the ground, I have a two story home and the suspect windows are 18 feet high, looked inside where the water damage is visible and determined that I had a leaky roof. Didn't even take a ladder off of his truck to at least get an up close inspection from the outside. Very disappointing! Not the roof, it's the windows.

I had a wonderful experience with AJ Glass and Window. I had a cracked, double-pane window with a grid that I needed replaced. AJ's was reasonably priced as I got estimates from 7 companies. Tonya in the office gave me an estimate over the phone with the measurements that I took. Raphael came out the next day and made accurate measurements and the window was ready in two days. Alvin came and installed the new window without any mess at all. All the employees were polite, courteous, efficient, and very professional. I would definitely recommend AJ's Glass and Window.

Anthony did a great job on my frameless shower door and a window pane replacement. Showed up on time, gave a quote that was better than other companies and ordered the shower door and window while still in the house to get it started. Installed everything correctly with no issues. Had to replace my shower due to Harvey flooding and Anthony did a great job on the glass the second time around too. He also replaced a 96" long mirror in my master bathroom for a cheap amount.

I just had AJ Glass and Window Repair replaced my old (1975) windows.
I did a lot of research on line near where i live ( because i have a budget) and the price were twice as much. Is a good thing that i have AJ do my windows. The service was very professional and polite. You don't get that type of service anymore now a day. Is not as easy as you think when replacing a window in 97 degree heat. But those guys did it with a smile. I brought them lunch and gave them a tip( to show my appreciation the way one human being should do). Any way I'm very happy with my new windows and the house felt comfy

I contacted AJs after a recent pressure washing and window washing service left me with two blown seals and foggy panes. I did my research online and contacted 2 other glass/window companies that each said I would have to replace the windows for over $700. I'm glad I found AJs instead. They were able to replace just the damaged upper panes, repair my seals, and match my existing windows nicely for about half of what my lowest replacement estimate was for. They came out to measure yesterday and did the job this morning. Their work comes with a year warranty. So far, I am a happy customer and

We cannot recommend AJ Glass. We had AJ glass come to our house to give an estimate on replacing the glass on a bathroom window that had a broken pane and on 10 other windows that had frost between the panes. It is very hard to reach this company. Almost every call is answered by "Jenny's" voicemail. And she does not return calls. AJ glass came to our house in early December to measure windows for glass replacement. We never heard from them again. Never received an estimate. We left several messages on "Jenny's" voicemail. I guess they don't need the business
