Wonderful experience. Replaced flooring in finished basement from carpet to luxury vinyl and replaced carpet on steps. The owner Pete helped me every step of the way, and was always accessible to answer my questions. The floor installers were proficient, knowledgeable, and skilled in their work. Peter was great with helping me get the floor in my basement replaced after having a drain tile installed. After going through what the best options would be for a basement floor, I decided to go with a glue down luxury vinyl plank. Peter is SUPER knowledgeable in everything flooring and had thorough answers to any question I could think of. The whole installation process went smoothly. His crew was super professional and made sure I was happy with the result. My new floor looks great! Have already recommended him to a family member.

I called Peter after a disaster from Home Depot installers - I had told there there were subfloor issues and they waited till install day to tell me they couldn't fix it. Peter could.
First I will say that Peter's customer service and responsiveness is amazing. He answered my calls right away or texted me that he would call me if he couldn't.
The job was a big job and I think Peter's guys just bit off a little more than they could do. My condo is a vintage condo over 100 years old and that comes with its own special set of circumstances. It needed the current floors ripped up, sleepers fixed

Had a fantastic flooring experience with Peter. He was responsive and timely up front. Talked me through a ton of options on the phone before even having to come out and measure for the quote. His pricing was competitive and fair. I got scheduled faster than expected (I had a tight timeline so this was great). And his installation crews did a superb job! Pete and his crew (Juan and sons were on my job) are amazing. Coming off of a whole house remodel with a contractor that took his slow, sweet time, I was really nervous picking someone to finish off my main floor. I called Pete and he was out the next day to take measurements and give me a quote. About an hour later, we had a deal! My dad was soon to come in from out of town and I was really hoping to have the floors finished by then, so he could see them. Pete was very accommodating and Juan and his sons moved quickly and they had my whole 700sq. ft. finished in 2 days and in time for my dad

We had a wonderful experience with 312 Flooring. The owner, Pete, was very responsive to our questions and requests. His team, led by Oscar, did a fantastic job with moving our furniture, laying the carpet, and then moving the furniture back properly.

I can't think Peter enough for the outstanding service he provided after water damage in my condo required new flooring. He proposed a plan that was the best option for me (and not the most expensive option that would have benefitted him). His expertise and professional manner are truly the best. The work was done by Juan (and his crew) and I was blown away at how wonderful they were. They were on time, courteous and careful - they treated my home like their own. 312 Flooring, Peter and Juan are just the best.

It's easy to be skeptical of 5 star ratings but there's nothing less than five star about working with Pete, Jesse, and their crews. Due to issues beyond our control with closing in our home, we had to shift our project multiple times and they were so gentle with us when we needed it most! Our floors went from 'what the hell happened?!?' to 'sooooooo pretty!' in just a few days. (I'll post pics when it's not overcast!). I can't thank everyone at 312 enough. I recommend them without any hesitation.

After patiently dealing with all my questions and concerns Peter the owner made sure everything was installed on time and as planned. Pete and his team are fantastic! We signed a contract with them for vinyl floors just to find out a few hours later that we still had the original hardwood floors under our current floor. Pete came to take a look, was super helpful and flexible, we decided to refinish the hardwood and they did an excellent job. Unlike some other companies, 312 actually put our satisfaction as the highest priority. We will be going back to them with another project soon and I definitely recommend Pete and his team at 312.

Pete (the owner) is so great to work with. He's highly responsive, detail-oriented, and fair. He made sure to give me a "prequel" to the estimate so that he wouldn't waste his and my time in coming out to give an in-person estimate (especially appreciated this since it's a pandemic!). Jesse (the manager) is also great to work with. He's friendly and got the in-person estimate done quickly. He was also very flexible and patient with coming to pick up the various payments. We selected finish colors for the majority of the house and replacement floor and carpet for other areas. They were able to manage the whole project give us a reasonable quote and come in on budget. And speaking of budget it looks like a million bucks but didn't cost us that much at all.

Pete and his crew are the best. We replaced our basement carpet with vinyl and the process could not have been smoother. Pete walked us through what type of flooring would be best for our living space based on how we use our basement. The crew came out a few days after signing the contract and put in a beautiful floor in just a couple of days.

I had the worst experience with the company I ended up going with. It was so bad I actually called Pete and was like, "here's my situation. If I get shafted by this company, how much time would you need to fix my problem?" I even told him I felt like the girl who calls her nice guy ex-boyfriend after the rebel bad boy she left him for breaks her heart.
Pete was so gracious EVEN THEN. He talked to me about what we could do if the company was a no show for what would be the third time.
They did end up coming and doing the work, but I was so unhappy with the experience

I cannot say enough good things about Peter and his company. My wife and I needed a room carpeted on a very tight timeline. I contacted Peter on Wednesday, and by Saturday morning the job was done. He was able to get in, see the space, recommend carpeting options, draft up a contract and get to work incredibly fast. He was also able to haul away the existing carpeting that was being replaced.
