Texas Glass

Texas Glass Co. is the worst company that I have done business with in my 65 years. They replaced 2 of my double pane windows for $1000 each. After a month 1 of the windows started cracking from the inside. I called Ben on December 28, 2020 and after going back and forth he finally agreed to replace the window on January 28, 2021. After calling in advance to verify that date my window was never replaced and I never heard from Ben again.

Do NOT use this company. I had the same experience as all the other bad reviews. HORRIBLE job on replacing my broken windows. They had to come back 3 times. It took almost 3 months to get them to fix it correctly. Even then, they weren't done right. I finally gave up. It's like they had never fixed a window before. They had no idea what they were doing. Awful service. What a rip off. I'd give them zero stars but you can't!

I called them up to replace my backyard window and glass dinning table top. Ben gave me a reasonable quote, took my deposit, its been three weeks already and they haven't still installed my window glass or table top. Ben doesn't respond to my texts or doesn't pick up my phone calls. if he does, he keeps making false promises and doesn't follow through. i have asked for my deposit back and Ben is not willing to give me my money back. Please beware of this company and owner. Don't trust Ben, don't pay any deposits either.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a new coffee table glass on February 12 and paid in full $430.00 It should have been ready in 4 to 6 business days. When delivery was setup they did not show or call. Called, called and called finally spoke to someone and he stated they were behind and setup delivery again and a again a no show and would answer the phone. Again I called and they would not respond to my voicemails so I called from the office and they answered on the first ring. I gave them a mouth full about the horrible service. This time he said the machine that did the beveled is broken and would be fixed and my glass

Even when pouring rain outside, they were able to replace my windshield and have me back on the road within 2 hours. Having no issues since (over 3 months) I highly recommend these folks!

This is what you call an amazing service. I called them, they came to my store, measured the size of the glass, came back and installed it.
They are good on timings and service is very satisfying. Also, quality of the glass is super good. I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends and family in Houston.

I wouldn't give this place any stars. In December 2018, I had them replace my mother's car windshield. Six months later, the windshield started leaking. I called them and asked them if they could look at it. They asked for invoice which I could not locate; however, I offered to send them my AMEX bill that showed the charge. I called and texted them multiple times to get their email address but was never provided this information Needless to say, I had to pay another company fix this company's work. I selected Texas Glass House because of a positive review posted on NextDoor. Boy

Mobile auto glass service that I highly recommend for their honesty and quality of service. Just I made a phone call and got a quote and my windshield fixed in less than hour. great job!
