The entire process was easy. Danny Trader made the quote and measurement process easy. The installation team was thorough and done in one day. The minor issues that did come up were communicated to me with plans for resolution. Would definitely recommend them.

Not happy with my experience. I ordered my windows way out. I had a scheduled appointment. On the day of the appointment I took off work. They called after my appointment passed to tell me they could not install that day. I explained this was bad business and I was told it was not his problem. I spoke to a supervisor and he took some money off and I thought we were good. Scheduled another appointment on the morning of I was informed they could not find one of my windows so my bay window would not be installed that day. They installed the other windows. On. One window Fram they took a chunk out

Window World was great! Mickey, our sales rep, was very personable and made sure throughout the whole process of buying and selecting windows we got exactly what we wanted. They delivered and installed the windows in a very timely manner and the crew was great! Not to mention, the windows are amazingly durable, lifetime warranty and also AFFORDABLE. Will definitely use this company in the future and suggest them to all family and friends looking to buy windows.

Excellent experience with Window World!! My representative was Dan, and he was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and very professional and respectful. And my installer was Jose, he stayed in communication the day of installation, and arrived when he said. He and his crew were very professional and respectful . The were efficient, and cleaned up very well when done. My windows look amazing, and very happy with the results and my experience with Windows World.

Our representative was Dan Trader. He is knowledgeable and responsive, answered all questions and made recommendations as we needed them. He kept us updated in our order once it was placed. Replaced all the windows in my house, they had the best prices than 4 other company estimates I'd gotten prior. Robin was the sales rep and he provided honest reliable service was never pushy just listened to what I needed and gave me his advice. Their customer service has always been great when I have needed them to service the windows. Very pleased with the total outcome.

We had a very good experience with Window World. Most of our neighbors have replaced their homes (all built in the 1970’s) with Window World windows. We received quotes from 3+ reputable companies in Houston. I read every bad review on Yelp and Google and we proceeded to choose Window World because of our neighbors in person positive reviews. Our windows arrived early and I called about installation and they made time to come within 3 days of my call. Due to Bad reviews we spoke very clearly with the lead installer about wanting to make sure they covered our child’s nursery well. They covered

I scheduled all of the windows in my home to be replaced in 2 sessions in the spring and fall of 2020. We upgraded from single paned windows and these are so much more energy efficient. The installation process was quick and easy but unfortunately we were supposed to have our patio doors replaced as well and they never got around to it.
The first time they came out to quote us on the windows, they told us that they would need to contact their supervisor to ask about the patio door as doors were a newer offering. I accepted the quote on the windows without the door and they never got back to us

The installers came 2 hours late with no courtesy call to let me know that they were late and check and see if it was still okay to come. They left glass shards throughout the house and did not put tarps down at every window to prevent glass from getting on the floor.
They installed one wrong window and one broken window - they did the original install on June 7th. I have not gotten the correct window and the broken window fixed since. I have not been able to in contact with a supervisor or manager to get this matter resolved - WHICH IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING HOW MUCH MONEY I SPENT ON 9 BRAND

The good:
1. Sales person was professional, and showed up on time for the consultation - explained the differences between type of windows and showed a couple of samples.
2. The installation crew lead was considerate and communicated well on the day of installation and was kind enough to put my installation in the front of the day.
The issues/concerns/challenges I had:
1. They kept delaying the window installation as a result of delays in manufacturing - about 2-4 week delay.
2. The window installation crew (a group of 5 people) entered
