My experience with buying my new GMC Acadia at Bowser has been nothing other than stress free and pleasant! Brandon Cox was my salesman. He was accommodating, personable and reasonable! Go see Brad Boyle in Penn Hills, PA looking for pre-owned ask for Dan in Monroeville, PA.. We all know how we feel about car shopping let alone sale's people. Drove 3 hrs to pick up our new vehicle at Bowser. The phone communication with Sales manager Mark was superb, he had everything in line for us upon arrival. He even came in on his day off to thank us. Sales Rep Brandon took good care of us. Drove us all around the complex to go see our new car at the detail shop after our long drive. He definitely made our experience a pleasure!

I purchased my 2016 Terrain in 2019 and I take my vehicle back for servicing. The service staff is always attentive and courteous. All the areas that I can see are always clean and free of clutter. The waiting room has comfortable seating, restrooms, television and snacks for their customer's convenience. I feel that Bowser cares about me as a person and cares about my car too.

Bowser Subaru Service Center helped us when we were in great need. We were 400 miles away from home and we searched for a dealership to help us fix a loud rattle in our Sybary Forester engine. The service mechanics worked on our automobile and had us back on the road. The mechanics clearly explained the cause off the noise, fixed the problem, and we had a great visit with our family. I would strongly recommend Bowser Subaru when purchasing or servicing a new automobile. Great service.

I went yesterday to purchase a 2017 Kia Forte for my daughter. I was told to see Dave Ross. He was with a customer so I got another sales person. They only come down on the car 200.00. I asked if they would come down more since I was paying cash but he wouldn't budge. I left and my husband called his buddy at the other Bowser and he made a call to the Pleasant Hills store. All the sudden I get a call from Dave Ross and he was very rude because my husband called his buddy up to ask about this car. He said do you want the car or not and that I can just come get my check. Also stated to me I can sale

Great Job! after a small complaint, next day my issues were solved, I've gone back to the dealer shop and met with the owner/manager Mr. John and he listened, very kind, generous and very professional. Also, offered/and wash/vacuumed my vehicle, which was super, duper nice :) also, removed the marks off my vehicle that were not his issues. It look like a brand new car when leaving his body shop. I love nice folks.

The body work was awesome. Could not look better. They also went above and beyond to take care of something that wasn't accident related.
My problems were the inside of the car was covered in dust, and the truck bed was covered in dust and footprints. I had a new spray on bedliner installed a month before I took it here, I had to pressure wash it at 1600 PSI to clean up all the caked in dust they left behind. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the cars after the repairs are made needs to step it up.
Also, it took awhile to get the truck in the shop. I'm sure they partner with local

Took my car here last week to have tap and die work done so that I could get an hitch installed....took a 1/2 day off work for a scheduled appt --.waited over an hour for them to perform the work. Took my SUV to the shop that is installing the hitch yesterday only to be told that I paid for services they NEVER did!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!
