My heat went out over the Thanksgiving weekend. As you know, it was cold. But I called ALL STAR and they fixed it. They sent Chris Diaz to fix my furnace. He was knowledgeable, professional, answered my questions. He was good! I'm very happy with my service experience. Will definitely use them again.

My heater was not working and needed to get a service call. Although they were scheduled two weeks out, I was able to get an appt within 24 hours. Thankfully it was just a small issue with my thermostat and a new filter. Great customer service and professional tech. Don't hesitate to contact if service is needed.

AllStar did our annual A/C and heater maintenance when the installation company gave us the runaround. They also did duct cleaning and gas fireplace maintenance. Brandon did all the maintenance and was fantastic. He was professional, answered all my questions and did a great job. Fireplaces work great and HVAC is doing well. The duct cleaning team also did a wonderful job. Will definitely be using AllStar for all our future maintenance.

This review is to explain why I am a huge fan of Devan A / All Star Heating.
It was 5:30 on a Friday evening. The heat was out and the temperatures were forecast to drop on the weekend. I called around, and no HVAC techs were available. Then Devan from All Star called back and offered to visit on a Friday evening for an evaluation.
When I explained that the inducer motor in the furnace wasn't turning on, Devan said based on the sequence if the inducer motor was the problem he wouldn't be able to fix since the part would not be available till Monday at the earliest. Then he suggested

I hate to rate All Star with only 2 stars....but after some deep thought I feel compelled to write a review and rate them accordingly, and to tell my story....
First...the good stuff..... Â
All Star were professional and timely with their estimates and installation of my new furnace. Â I was very happy with the work that they did (except for one thing...), and it was reasonably priced.
Now, the not-so-good stuff.....
When they completed the installation, they commented on keeping a log of when I changed furnace filters, and said that the filters should be changed frequently so as to take advantage

All Star was wonderful. They were on-time, polite, explained things well, provided options, wore masks (the whole time), and communicated well. The price was reasonable, they cleaned up after themselves, and all around it was a really good experience. They were referred to me by my brother-in-law who had a very similar experience to us.

I called All Star to fix an AC issue that I had been having. I was getting alternating periods of weak and strong cold air flow.
When the technician came, he told me that he couldn't fix anything because I had left the AC on and the coils were frozen. They still charged me the on call fee of 93.51 (96 because I used card). I was irritated that they came for five minutes and charged me the fee for doing 0 work and wasted my time.
When I called All Star to report the situation, I asked if they could at least transfer the call fee to next time since they did 0 work this time. They refused

Be careful. We had a full system put in over winter. New Furnace, new water heater, even a brand new HVAC unit. We paid a LOT of money!!!
When the weather got warm we were excited to turn on our NEW A/C system. Guess what, IT DIDN'T WORK! We contacted the office, asked to speak to the owner, manager and have someone call us back. We got the run around, a bunch of excuses and never received a call back. I was stunned, our unit wasn't even a year old at the time. We contacted the manufacturer and even they were confused by the lack of response from All Star. We finally got someone out

I had a furnace problem and called them. A technician came to my house and diagnosed that I need to replace the blow motor and pay around $1,500.
I approved the replacement and another technician came 6 days later. The technician came for the replacement was skillful and kind, but the furnace didn't work properly even after the replacement. He did some more tweaking and then it worked properly. I asked him what was the issue, but he abruptly turned silent and told me he didn't want to waste his time to explain it. He also told me to google

Two times saved thus far with my furnace! Thank you so much All Star for helping me recover my furnace to functionality after flooding in my crawl space. Special thanks to Michael this time for giving me some suggestions to try on my own in chance it would help, and sure enough this time I was able to make the correction myself to the pressure switch and learned much in the process. These guys are absolute superstars! Super friendly, but also reputable and trustworthy. I needed a blower assembly replacement for my furnace, and so far I'd had 2 other companies come out, charge me for an inspection, and tell me "just keep an eye on it" just because it wasn't making a noise when the tech was there. I had nothing but excellent service from both the office as well as the technician, Michael B that came out to service my unit. He was extremely informative and very thorough checking my AC for leaks. There were none. However, I needed the freon pipe moved out of the way to put a stacker washer/dryer unit beside the air conditioner unit. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend this company for their honesty and wonderful service. No pressure on selling me parts.

After meeting with Brent 2 times (the second time at his request), I never got a quote that was promised twice. I emailed him first, but no response, so I called the office after the second promised date for a quote never came, and was told this was unacceptable practice, but after another 1 1/2 weeks, have still not heard from anyone. They may not want my business, but could have at least let me know after I spent my time meeting with their representative. Poor business practice.

Robert called me back on a Saturday after leaving a message with his answering service. I told him about the issues with my furnace that I was having for the past several weeks of it being temperamental- not working all the time. I told everything I've tried doing to troubleshoot the problem. he spent atleast 15-20 minutes on the phone with me talking different points- going through different components of my system which is foreign to me. He gave me a few pointers on something else i can try doing, where to look and be careful since i was comfortable enough
