Sineath had done a fabulous job on an addition we did on our first home in Asheville .. so when it came time to build a custom home on a lot we purchased, we returned to Sineath. Despite Covid and supply chain problems, Sineath did an amazing job to build our home on time and on budget. One of the greatest parts was working with Dylan - our highly competent and responsive Project Manager. He did an amazing job! We are so happy to be finally moving into our dream home.

Sineath recently completed a basement build-out for our home in Weaverville. We were very happy with the final product and with project staff. Sineath staff communicated often and effectively and made sure that our wishes were understood and implemented. We really appreciated having a primary point of contact in the project manager, Joel. He was onsite nearly every day during our 4 month project and made sure that all was running smoothly. He took extra care at the end of the project to ensure that all the details were finished. Overall a great experience.

Sineath Construction recently completed our Veterinary clinic. This is the second project that we have contracted with Sineath to build. This project involved upfitting a very old commercial building and creating a modern workspace.
Our Project Manager Michael was fantastic to work with, he kept us well informed of all time lines and any budget concerns. Upon completion of the project Michael was very proactive making sure that all punch list items we addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.
Overall we could not be happier with Sineath and our new clinic. We look forward to working with Sineath

We have engaged Sineath Construction twice for both a residential addition and a medical office renovation. Each time we had a budget and they accomplished our goals with great communication and offered effective solutions. For our office renovation we appreciated their willingness to be not only our contractor but our partner in deciding the feasibility of renovation. We were under a tight deadline and they helped us streamline this even during a pandemic! Really can’t say enough great things about the team they have built – they are all top notch.

I have absolutely no hesitation rating the work of Sineath Construction FIVE STARS. For the past two summers they have completed repair and remodeling work for me involving exterior siding, decking, roofing, chimney rebuilding, window replacement, gutter instillation and painting. Their work crews are versatile, experienced, well trained and very easy to talk with when I had questions. Sineath Construction did a stellar job building a decorative fence around the parking lot at my office. Their entire team was great to work with, and pulled it off in a very tight time frame.
