Austin Fire and Flood did a flood clean up for my brother. They did an awesome job. Was a referral from a mutual client and they lived up to what I would want from a water remediation company. I shopped around for a water damage restoration company extensively and probably had 3 different companies come out. Robin and her team were by far the most transparent, and the only company that wasn’t trying to take advantage of the fact that I was dealing with an insurance claim.
I strongly recommend Austin Fire and Flood to all of my friends and family whenever the need arises.

I highly recommend Austin Fire and Flood and their team of people for water damage mitigation. When I called Robin for help, we were in a difficult situation with water damage from a burst pipe during the sub-freezing weather conditions of February, 2021. She immediately impressed me with her attitude, understanding of the situation and willingness to provide as much help as she could. Under the pressure of numerous calls for service, she was able to get a team assembled and quickly out to our property.

A water pipe in the attic froze and burst flooding our ground floor during the Feb freezing weather. During this peak in claims, Austin Fire & Flood was one of the only mitigation companies to return our call and performed the remediation work within 2 days. They left fans & dehumidifier, continually monitored the moisture levels over a week, and submitted all documentation to our homeowners ins claim. The team was professional and responsive.

My home suffered water damage on one of the bathrooms and bedroom next door. Both were flooded. I called Austin Fire and Flood and was attended promptly by Ashton who performed the initial water mitigation. Then, the repairs were handled by Robin, who coordinated everything with her repair crew. We loved the results. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you for the great work and customer service! The insured advised they were very knowledgeable on proper cleaning and drying of their home, preventing it from mold growth. Austin Fire & Flood has surpassed anything I could have hoped for in a mitigation and repair company. Ashton communicated with me almost every day (sometimes multiple times in a day when necessary) to keep me up to speed with what damage had been done to my home, or to keep me updated with next steps. She more than made up for the insurance adjuster who has nearly been non-existent. My family's life was turned upside down by two sources of flooding in our home, and we will have been out of our home for nearly three months when all is said and done.

We had a property make ready go down hill quick. The painters had moved the washer and I didn't notice the drain line had been pulled when I started a load of bedding. The whole thing emptied out onto the wood parquetry floor. We panicked and grabbed shop vacs and a push broom but it was clear we were out of our league for fixing this mess. Austin Fire and Flood was there within 4 hours and kept me from chopping up the floor. They saved the stairs, cabinets, floor, and closets. All we lost was the drywall and some shoe moulding.
