MI Windows and Doors has partnered with Slide Works, Inc. in developing a new thermally efficient, multi-slide door with structural rating of LC-25. Slide Works specializes in the design and fabrication of sliding door systems and is recognized for its patent pending innovative track system, which allows the Multi-Slide door panels to slide effortlessly along the frame.

Looking at all these other horrible reviews, I can see I'm in the same boat with everyone else. Yay.
My custom home builder, who I won't name, for some reason is using XO Windows. Must be friends with the owner or something.
First, my window package was supposed to be delivered on 11/23/21. Didn't happen.
Then, it was 12/7/21. Didn't happen.
Then, it was 1/17/22. Didn't happen.
Now, it's supposed to be "February". The clowns in their "Customer Service" won't even get back to my builder, let alone tell us when we'll get windows.

Wish I could leave a negative rating. Not good doesn't begin to cover it. I moved into a new build home with ill-fitting sliding glass doors and a defective sliding screen that they came and replaced with a old, beat up broken one. They said they didn't have any new ones in stock so they chose to give me one that I believe was from their trash bin, what's up with that??????? 6 appointments later and the situation hasn't changed. They either show up outside of the scheduled time (blaming me for not being home when they show up at random times) or they show up with absolutely

Horrible company and horrible customer service! I bought a new build home Pulte home in Tucson a few months ago. They use Fleetwood Windows and have XO window company do their installations. The windows in our home were supposedly brand new, but 8 windows in our new home had large scratches on them! The installers are rude, dirty, careless, and very unprofessional. We waited 6 weeks to have scratched windows replaced, only for the installers to put in new windows that were also scratched! Please don't use this company! YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. They are the worst!

Horrible fitting sliding door. Just as past reviews, they were the subcontractor and had to replace the door immediately after new home purchase. Second door didn't fit (blamed builder) came out and replaced it again and it didn't slide properly the next day. After calls and calls they came out and blamed our four year old for pushing it and bending the frame. This never happened. Next step for me is the BBB so other builders don't use this horrific contractor. I will be buying my own strong screen door myself. RUN!!!

Our home is built by DR Horton. We had an arch window crack in our garage with the house settling. This is a window that DR Horton puts in every other house they build. They used XO Windows as their window contractors.
They have been out to our home five times and have canceled and been no shows to three other appointments to replace this arch window! Each time it has been a different excuse. The window came in the wrong size. They ordered it too deep. It is rectangular shaped and not arched. It is defective and has black specks in the glass! It needs to be grinds down more. Unbelievable!

I have an Ashton Woods home that after 5 years needed a window adjustment. I knew XO had adjusted my windows under warranty but was hoping this was something I might do myself (and save a few bucks). Stopped by the XO office and they took time to explain to me how the window was constructed and how I could make the needed adjustment. Thanks to their help, I was able to make the adjustment in about 15 minutes and it works perfect.

I bought my house through DR Horton who used XO windows. The sliding patio door does not close correctly. They reluctantly came out 3 times after trying to take short cut or blaming carpentry work. The finally said they will replace the door as it was not install correctly. This has been over 4 months now with no correction. Stay away from the company. They do shoddy work and will not take care of you. They just send out whole bunch of people to take a look the problem with no solutions.

Horrible customer service!! It's been a month and I still haven't received the window I ordered. When I call to check on the window, the call goes to voicemail. If I'm able to speak to someone, I'm told the window is on the next truck. I still have yet to get a phone call that my window is in. The window is coming from a manufacturer in Tucson,AZ. Not sure why it's taking a month to get a window from Tucson to Phoenix. Horrible company. Shea homes used these guys for the home build, very disappointed in Shea's choice.

Unreal how bad their service is. They never show up between their "estimated arrival time", the sunscreens I ordered from them were not what I received (wrong color and material) and the best part was, they didn't order enough screens for my home. Now I have two missing in the front of my home and it looks ridiculous. I was never given a reason why or told when the job would be completed. I've called several times with no reply. Its been over 2 weeks. If you're looking to get work done by these guys, don't.
