Very easy. They were very accommodating. I couldn’t pick up the phone for any of my interactions and so they quoted, arranged a time for the appt to come to my house, discussed options, and even alerted me when they arrived all via text. Fixed the car while I continued to work and then they were done. I only needed to bring the keys and pay the bill. I love a company that makes the customer life easy and they were also a reasonable price. This is the second time I have used them for my different cars. Would absolutely recommend them

I found this place on google maps. They are a 40 minute drive from my house. They were able to get me in the very next day at their location in phx or come to my house in chandler the next week. They told me it would be a 45 min to hour wait, but they were done with my vehicle in 30 minutes. My driver side front window broke and wouldn't roll up. 2 places I called quoted me upwards of $500. This place took the broken parts, replaced them with custom metal parts, and saved me $300! Plus a year warranty on labor and lifetime on parts. I was incredibly happy and would gladly drive to their location

One day, the drivers window on my 2012 Tesla model s would not go up. And of course it happens to me during the supply chain hang up. Nobody has parts and anyone that does is weeks out, or wants a medium sized ransom for it. What do you do? You take it to someone who can rebuild it. They did an awesome job. Everyone was extremely friendly, the price was reasonable and same day service. Not much more you can ask for. I should have gotten pictures but I was just so happy to get my car back, I forgot. I had a side window that wouldn't rise anymore. I called to get a quote and get the repair scheduled. The girl in the office was very helpful and efficient and got my quote making sure the part was in stock. Once I was on the schedule, they communicated and were even able to come earlier than scheduled. The technician was professional and got the job done quickly. The left passenger power window broke down over the weekend, so I called and made an appointment for the technician to come to my house to repair it. Zack came out on Monday at 11:00 am and by 11:20 (give or take a few minutes) the power window was like new again. This company is the greatest !!!! They are reasonably priced, courteous , reliable and efficient.

Great job repairing the failing motor in the driver's window in my 2006 Lexus. Shop and waiting area were clean and had good wifi. Estimated time for the job was 2 hours. They did it in 90 minutes. Price was well below dealer estimate. I will go here again for power window/roof/doorlocks in future and recommend.

Took my 1989 Bronco to Angel and his team to fix all the power windows as well as the locking mechanism for the tailgate. This truck was sitting in a barn for over a decade so everything is in a state of disrepair. From the initial phone calls to the final service everyone was very nice and professional. The work was very thorough and even the little steps were done well (not every place does this anymore....) By far THE BEST customer service I've received in a long time. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Price was very reasonable, they are not joking when they advertise 40-70% off from dealer prices. Absolutely fantastic service and would recommend anytime. I was given a quote over the phone and the final bill was exactly that amount, so no hidden or undisclosed fees or costs. Price was half of what the dealer quoted, and well below my mechanic's price. They were friendly, courteous, and I was able to get in same day. There's a basic, clean waiting area if you want to wait around, and my repair was done faster than expected too. Plastic parts in my window regulator were replaced with metal parts they mill/manufacture on site. Warranty for both parts & labor. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were a lifesaver for me. My right rear window in my mercedes fell down in to the door. I didn't know who to call to fix it. I knew taking it to the dealership would be expensive. A friend at work told he used this company and was very pleased. So I called, they came to my house the next day. Great and VERY fast service today for my windows! Unfortunately, the motors in my back windows both went out and needed to be replaced. Power Window Repair was able to get me right in and they were done doing both windows in about 45 minutes. Everyone was really nice and very professional! These guys were able to fix my power window, in a 2008 Saab, the day after it decided to quit working.
The service was fast and reasonably priced. They finished the work within the time promised.

I called, was quoted a price to fix, made an appointment for next morning.
On arrival was greeted by a very nice young lady, and left my old Roadhog in their hands.
Walked down the street for a taco breakfast.
When I returned, in about the hour they predicted, all done. Price exactly as quoted.
Friendly, efficient, very fair price.
