Don't trust this company. The products are outstanding but, the company does not know how to install their doors and windows as per windcorewindows.com drawings and specifications. I tried several times for months to contact someone from this company other than a tech or scheduler. I even asked if I could talk to a supervisor or the own, They took my name and number but never returned my call. The only the owner responded to was when I contacted the BBB. The only thing the owner said was if there was any issues they would back their warranty. Now six months later and one of our doors

Quick to quote and take your money, slow to order and install. Contacting them has been a horrible experience, normally I played phone tag with an answering service. I often wondered if window world was a business at all. I really want to kick my new windows out and start over with someone new. Buyer beware!!!

If you plan on using Window World, beware of the salesperson. I asked to have windows replaced in my house that were exactly like ones I have in a townhouse I own. This was with full screens and custom sliding doors. When they came to install the windows they put in half screens. This is my fault for not reading the contract. I thought the salesmen to be trustworthy. The real problem was with the sliding doors which were not custom. One door was off by 6 inches wide and another 3 inches in height. I have a brick house and they wanted to frame the window out. I said no and they said I would
