Fireside went above and beyond when I ordered a stove that I wanted to install myself. They were friendly and helpful during the buying process and Terry was super helpful during the install process, answering all my questions, giving pointers, getting me the little parts that make the difference. They stayed late a few times to allow me to get there after work and have continued to check in on how the install went. Really impressed with the service. Great job Fireside!

Super customer relations, great service. The guys who did our work were really artisans, and they did a beautiful job. They also have great people skills. I was pretty nervous on the day the project was scheduled, and they were able to put me at ease, and give me well informed options on how to handle the tricky project we needed them to do. We debated for years the cost benefit of having our wood burning fireplace converted to gas. Our neighbors recommended Fireside because they had two gas fireplaces installed by them and they were extremely happy. We visited Fireside pre-pandemic, and scheduled an in-home estimate with Tom, the owner. Tom thoroughly explained the process involved and recommended a gas insert for our job. We didn’t pull the trigger until this summer. The crew that came out to do the work over a few days was professional and extremely courteous. When I came to Fireside I wasn't sure what I wanted or even what the differences between products were. They helped me evaluate my options and choose a pellet stove. I visited the Fireside showroom and checked out their pellet inserts stock and was pleased with their products. Unfortunately, I needed a retrofit pellet insert because I had an existing gas fireplace that limited my choices. The salesmen were very knowledgeable about their products which gave me confidence. I had actually conducted my own research and spoke to numerous people who had pellet inserts in their homes. I compared prices with other dealers online and was satisfied with the potential price. The company scheduled a date to conduct an estimate and the actual owner of the company came out
