Started off well, with him coming for a quote in a timely manner. Then, went downhill. What was originally quoted was out of my budget, so I tried to get it to be something in my budget. I asked for a few things, in order to lower my price (for example, taking care of debris myself, installing some shutters myself, etc...). I received a lower quote, but the numbers didn't make sense. As well, I was supposed to have samples brought over, and they weren't. I called and asked about it, and about the numbers, no response. I emailed, no response.

I don't know where to begin on how amazing this company is. We were referred by another customer, which is always a good sign. The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement.
Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations.
