We worked with David Morse, who took the time to speak with us in-depth about the state of our roof and our options. He provided satellite photos via email and explained what needed to be done and why. He became a trusted advisor and went above and beyond to help us through the process of making the decision to have our roof replaced, even discussing payment options. The crew arrived on time, completed the work quickly and left no trace of rubbish or debris behind. My house had five or more leaks and had the old cedar shakes still on the roof. Pinnacle was so professional. Dave came to the house and I had no feeling of a sales pitch from him. It was all education. They take pictures and have a meeting to discuss your roof. Dave calls you back and goes over the pictures and the estimate , explaining every detail of it. There is only one option which is the best option if you compare to other roofing companies. The estimate was exactly the same as others or less. I used this company for a roof repair job. They came out and did the repair at a unbeatable price. They also gave me quote for a new roof which will be needed down the road. It was a small job, but service was excellent and usually it shows how good the company is with jobs like this that does not generate a lot of money or profit for them.

We worked with Dave from Pinnacle Roofing and he surpassed all of our expectations. My husband and so are a young couple, expecting our first baby, and just bought what we hope will be our forever home. Upon inspections it was clear the roof needed to replaced. Exceptional customer service can be very hard to come by these days. However from my initial phone call with the friendly office staff to meeting with Alex and then working with the crew the day of the job, we couldn’t be happier! Pinnacle Roofing was top notch! I waited a full year before I wrote this review, and I am here to tell you that I am as happy a year later as I was in the beginning. Pinnacle Roofing far exceeded my expectations. It was TOP NOTCH from beginning to end. Not only was the job done well, but they went above and beyond in areas that I did not expect! Pinnacle did a great job from start to finish, the sale guy answered all our questions and really made a great point by point run down of why Pinnacle was able to offer such grea quality roofing products and service. After getting 3 bids, we went with Pinnacle because they just seemed so much more professional, and when it comes to your own home you don't want to skimp on professionalism.
