Debbie the office manager has a bad attitude and appears to not care about the customers at all. I had my quarterly service on May 21, and woke up this morning to find a bunch of larve of some type crawling around my dining room and laundry room floor. I asked if she could get someone out today and she flat out refused because "it wasn't scheduled and the schedule is full". She also made it a point to tell me that she was the office manager and she was as high up as I could speak to directly when I asked who her supervisor was.
