I Jermainl Pryor have been helping my family, friends, and clients move in and out of new York state for over 10+ years, it became 2nd nature to me because I enjoy helping others. I came upon a opportunity to start my own moving company in 2018 which is now called Pryority moving & delivery services INC which is located in Niagara falls NY.
Specialty moves are, well, one of our specialties. Sometimes, a move will have unique circumstances that require an unusual approach to managing that move, and our team loves the logistical puzzle and creative challenge involved in handling moves like that. That's because a specialty move presents unique opportunities to learn new skills, exercise old ones, and provide excellent service to our customers.

It is funny to look at what this company advertises on their website after receiving the service, so I'm going to take what they advertise and explain what it looks like in reality:
"Honest and free estimates"
--Not honest, and a half-assed estimate. He will conveniently "forget" to ask you questions that will impact the quote such as are there stairs, elevators, accessible parking, lawns to traverse, etc. When confronted about this he responded/shouted "Well I'm telling you now" (this is after all items were stored in their truck, so essentially he will

My daughter hires this company to move her. They gave her a window of 2pm-4pm, she had to call them on the day of the move to determine what their ETA would be. When she spoke with them the told her it was an estimated time frame and it would now be closer to after 4pm. When she reached out to them at about 8:40 pm they said “oh do you still want… to move”. She said yes, then they proceeded to say the had called her and she didn’t answer. This was in fact not true, she had her phone with her the entire time and didn’t any missed calls. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys! Needed a local move done on short notice, called 4 movers in the area based on Yelp reviews...one never responded to phone or via Contact Us on their website...one responded 24 hours later...one responded 48 hours later...but Pryority contacted me same day, discussed my needs and the parameters of the project. Secured a 3 man team with truck and tools for me - at end of the month, end of the quarter! Based on their other reviews, I can clearly see how / why they've earned their high 4 to 5 star ratings on Yelp. Although the project was ultimately canceled
