Buyer Beware! I wish I had never stopped into All Exteriors to look at their products. Al Clark misrepresented a product and when I refused delivery of that product he cashed my $18,200. check anyway! It took me 8 months filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Agency of Wisconsin and filing in St. Croix County Small Claims Court to get my money back. In court, Al Clark lost and I won but what a nightmare!

Horrible company that keep’s having their employees walk out and the employees they do have don’t know what they are doing. Constant mess-up’s, constant delays, constant disorganization, constant blaming supply company for their own mess up’s. Guy who runs it is a joke, lacks ability to delegate and follow through with commitments and most all unprofessional.

I am amazed by All Exteriors; amazed they are somehow still in business. Completely disorganized, unprofessional, untimely. Lack of management or any sense of culpability has driven them into the ground. Complete lack of urgency and responsibility to finish projects, or do them the right way. Avoid these snake oil salesman at all costs. Sure, it will sound like a great pitch, but that's where the positives end with working with this company.

Never do business with these people. My neighbor and I contracted with them for gutter covers on out townhouse. . They kept saying they were going to start the project in October but never did start. In December the neighbor died with never having seen any work. They were contacted and explained that there was no reason to proceed. All the paperwork was filed and they still have never issued any refund. This is a project for consumer protection.

If I could give "zero" stars as a rating I would. This is a company to avoid, hands down. Know first that the reviews on the company website are invited - there is no link or tab on the site that one can use to do a review. That is why every last one of them is a positive, 5-star review.

Absolutely NO customer service after the sale! It took them a full year to finish our window installation and I am not happy with the final results, it is very poor workmanship. They scratched our shutters, cracked our interior wall, left the windows dirty, left scraped up "new" trim. They also sent so many different guys to our house - each time, each new guy had no idea what was going on. They didn't know how to install the window locks that are required by law (on certain windows) in Minnesota!! I could go on and on....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Only hired All Exteriors because a promotion for 'half off labor' came in the mail. I wish I heeded other people's advice about this company. I had a small job and it was estimated by Kelsey. "Two week lead time," he said.
Two weeks after they deposited my down payment and had not scheduled/ nor had any communication with me, I began to call. Daily. One call, when I asked the women who answered when I would receive a call back - since the first two messages didn't do anything - she told me, "I don't keep tabs on the other people in the office."

Horrible experience dealing with this company. They promise a quick project date in order to get the contract and collect down payment, then have no intention of honoring those dates. Attempts to cancel contract and get down payment returned are fruitless. Owner refuses to return phone calls. Forces customer to resort to BBB resolution or ultimately go to court to resolve. Not exactly the way you would expect a hometown business to act. They even were deceptive in trying to blame my insurance for delays, when they hadn't even submitted their supplement request to insurance for consideration
