These guys have just gotten done installing a brand new furnace in my house and I just can't brag on them enough about what an excellent job they did. They are kind, circuitous, friendly and most of all they are very skilled and knowledgeable in what they are doing. If you have any furnace related jobs you have to have done, these guys are the ones you should be calling on to. I called J.R. Mechanical LLC when my fuel oil furnace went out. It was a cold morning to be without heat. They were friendly upon answering the phone, listened to my concerns and worked me into their schedule so I wouldn't be without heat for too long. The service guys were knowledgeable and courteous.
I can not praise these guys enough. They made an unexpected problem and expense seem less horrible and manageable. I have since recommended them to several friends and family members. They have secured me as customer due to thier strong work ethic and commitment to customer care.

After having another service do a check up on my furnace, not finding an issue, but offering the possibility of another part going bad; I searched for another opinion. Had seen J.R. truck and called. They came out same day and found the problem. Replaced the part, at cost. Rarely find service like that, today. Good honest people. I will definitely recommend J.R. Mechanical to others.
