Geothermal power has been around since 1904 when scientist Piero Ginori Conti invented the first geothermal electric power plant that used steam to generate power. The first commercial geothermal heating system was designed in 1946 and in 1948, the first residential version of the geothermal system was introduced.

I had a great experience with this company. Everyone was friendly to talk to, they were on time, professional, and competitively priced. The HVAC specialist was straight to the point in explaining the issue and fixed my AC unit in a hurry.

Gary arrived shortly after I called first thing in the morning and quickly discovered the problem with our furnace. He left to get the part but had to drive to landing to get it. So in the meantime he brought us 2 space heaters to warm the house, as it was only 18 degrees outside. A few hours later they returned and quickly fixed the issue. So grateful for the prompt and caring service. I will definitely keep Gary's number for future service.

Originally called Gary after another HVAC service almost killed my family with their "repairs" to my old fuel oil furnace. He walked in, laughed, and fixed in 10 minutes what took me several weeks and numerous visits to have screwed up. Gray is just a great old school furnace technician, he doesn't just throw on new parts, he goes the extra mile and rebuilds or fixes things properly. We look forward to his visit every year since to get our ancient furnace ready for another winter.
