Failing to clean your filter can cause an increased amount of algae in your pool or worse turn your pool green. Use their company on one of my flip properties in north Scottsdale. They came out the same day I called them and kept that pool perfect till the day we closed. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

After over 5 years of being a loyal customer and paying every invoice on time I received a text message this morning from the owner stating that he could no longer clean my pool. This was after he had come to the house for a scheduled cleaning and apparently decided he was not going to do it after all. There was no effort to have a conversation… about this, just a cryptic text message and the owner is not responding to calls or emails. I have already paid for the next month of service. I can't believe a business would operate like this, at least have the courtesy to have a conversation with

I met the owner, Ty, on a plane from PHX to Columbus, OH. After some casual conversation, he brought up his business. My fiancé and I recently moved to PHX and purchased a home with a pool, so he caught my attention. His exact quote was, "Life is too short to clean your own pool". I couldn't agree more! Ty and his company have done a great job with their weekly service. Additionally, he's answered the phone and responded to every text we've sent. I would recommend Tri-City Pool Service to anyone!

I don't recommend this service based on my recent experience. Ty will charm you at the beginning with the promise of excellent service. First, he has a 12 month contract. If you cancel the contract, you get charge $95. Most pool services are month to month. But, fair enough.
However, he tells you he will give you 60 day trial period and cancel without any penalty. Due to bad service, I cancelled before 60 days are up. He still harassed me constantly to pay the $95. He said he provided a good service during those 60 days and he deserved to be compensated the $95 for his extra work.

After using Tri city for over 2 years Ty decided our pool was too difficult to clean. This is a small pool in Tempe. This home is now a rental, but was very easy to maintain while we lived there. Sorry for having a large tree in our back yard Ty... He charged for an extra $105 for additional cleanup after a storm, which I would have been fine with! But he didn’t complete the job, quit on us, and still charged us for a half-assed job. He also would not allow us to fix issues with equipment and was adamant that we pay additional fees to have his people resolve issues I could have dealt with myself

Ty is incredibly responsive and quickly resolves significant pool problems. We moved into our new home and were having significant problems with the entire pool covered with algae, as well as, getting the pump to work.
