Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Our pool is turning green at our condo building - we were billed for two services for two dates... but upon reviewing our security camera footage they were not there on these dates... at all! Nor were they there for any of the days before or after these dates. This is unfortunate, unethical, unprofessional.
