All I can say is this Company was on point with every portion of my repair. Had the bottom portion of my cartridge filter replaced by AJ. Next day there was water leakage most likely caused be Me. I called back with my issue and they took care of me right away. From dispatch to completion a quality driven company. Edit I used these guys through ORHW home warranty.

AJ installed my new Jandy pump and other equipment a little over a year ago and the work he did was incredible. He took the time to show me how the new equipment works an much more. Just recently he replaced a leaking valve on my main pool equipment and had it done in no time. If you live in the west valley have AJ from Aaron pools take care of you. He will do it right.

I had a situation where I required a new pump for my pool and Aaron was assigned to install it by my warranty company. The technician Alex arrived promptly explained the reason for a new pump and what the reasons were that this happened. In addition he shared valuable information on how to keep my pool running efficiently. My only wish is that they were able to add me to their pool service schedule.

Originally, Sunbright Pools was sent to my home by First American Home Warranty. The guy showed up and said he couldn't do anything, then took my money. Aaron Pools was sent as a second opinion and luckily Brent showed up. This guy was incredibly friendly, informative, knowledgeable and the exact opposite of the horrible person sent from Sunbright. Brent went above and beyond and fixed everything as well as some additional work that needed to be done for a very reasonable price. Brent was always timely (he had to make two trips), very communicative, and thorough...to the point that he recognized

Sent by AHS and said my pool pump broke bc due to NOT normal wear and tear which is biggest lie. I have second and third opinion from more reliable pool company with 4-5 star ratings - they all say it's normal wear and tear. My original pool pump brand is Hayward and apparently they do not make the ones I have anymore. (photo attached)
Spoke to AHS, their technicians get paid by AHS just to go out there... one of the AHS staff felt bad and said there is nothing they can do, they have reported a complaint against Aaron pool.
Aaron pool also claim they are the #1 pool

My home warranty used Aaron Pools for our service. I was worried when I came onto yelp to check out their reviews and they didn't have a lot, but am happy to report that we got great service!
Our technician was great! He came on time, immediately got to work and resolved our problem of our pool engine not working! What we though could potentially be a major expensive was an "easy" fix on his side and only cost us our service fee! What a relief!
Would definitely recommend them! I've bookmarked them and hope I can request them next time we have any pool issues!
