Legacy Pool Care LLC is owned and operated by certified pool operator Bob Johnson. Bob has been taking care of the pools of East Valley residents for the last 20 years. Bob is very skilled and knowledgable in pool service, repair and remodeling and prides himself on quality service. In fact the motto of Legacy Pool Care LLC is "Quality Service is our Legacy".
There are three types of swimming pool filters: Diatomaceous Earth, cartridge, and sand. Various problems can occur, such as, broken backwash valves, leaks in the plumbing, or cracks in the tank. Environmental causes such as sun exposure, age and chemicals can bring this about. When internal parts fail, debris may be returning back to the pool causing it to appear cloudy.
Best pool company around. We have been using Legacy Pool Care for several years now at both our rental property and our vacation property in Mesa AZ. We cannot say enough about Bob and this company. Our pool is ALWAYS sparkling clean. Not only is Bob honest and reliable he also goes out of his way to save us money on parts.

Save your time and money. We had our pool rewired and then within 2 weeks it stopped working, caught on fire and burned holes through the conduit and burned our stucco. We contacted the owner on numerous occasions to no avail. We just had to have the exact same work done by a different company. This situation should've been handled better and wasn't, not to mention we're out the money two times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bob knows his stuff and he took the time to explain what was causing my equipment issues. He also gave me several options of how to get my repairs done at the most efficient and economical way....including asking if I had a home warranty on the pool equipment. Bob explained many of the do's and don'ts that I should look for with my pool equipment and chemistry. Bob displayed to me that his integrity, character, and reputation is important to him. I have had other pool companies service my pool but nobody displayed his level of competence and honesty. I am happy I found him and he is now my pool

I couldn't be more pleased with the value and service I receive as a customer of Legacy Pool Care. I recently had to replace my pool pump, filter and salt cell. Bob Johnson found exactly what I needed at the best price possible and then installed it perfectly. He goes above and beyond my expectations each time he provides me with service. I have no hesitation in referring him to everyone that has a pool. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and always goes the extra mile. He's been helping me with my pool since 2013 and I wouldn't dream of using any other service!

Crook. He came to evaluate pool filter and pump which is broken but couldn't diagnose it. He took apart our vacuum and never put it together. Charged us $150 in chemicals but the pool is still very dirty. When we asked him to come back and put back together the pool vacuum that he took apart, he refused. This guy has no idea what he's doing and just out to scam us.
