If you're looking for reliable, high quality, consistent and affordable pool services, JStarr is it! I am beyond impressed with the exceptional level of customer service provided. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and will do everything to ensure his customers are provided with outstanding pool service. He is patient and takes the time to explain things and make recommendations when needed. Great personality and great with kids and their questions too! I wouldn't recommend anyone other than the JStarr Pools team! Absolutely hands down THE BEST!

We have been using JStarr Pool service for over two years. I never have to worry about the water quality, my filters or pool chemicals as they take care of it all! My pool looks amazing after they leave, they always show up on time and keep me in the loop with everything they are doing to keep our pool safe and looking its best. They send pictures after every service.

Each of his technicians does an outstanding job each and every week. They look over your equipment and advise you of any potential issues so you can avoid having your equipment down for any period of time. Jason is more than fair when it comes to replacing and repairing any equipment.

Jason is always available to assist with any issues we may have. As a new pool owner, Jason takes the time to educate us about pool maintenance best practices. He is always trying to save us the most money and get us the best products for our buck! I would recommend Jason to anyone, that is saying a lot as I am one tough customer to please. Prior to stumbling upon J Starr pool services I had been through about 5-6 different pool companies who were never up to par with my expectations. This review is a little late but I wanted to get this out. Jason of JStarr Pools and his team are awesome! They have been servicing our pool for a couple of years now, Jason is very professional and always willing to share his knowledge. During the Monsoon season we had big issues and they went out of their way to ensure that our pool was in good shape. Our family did a happy dance we were able to enjoy our pool. Thanks Jason.

Jason and his team are simply the best! He has made managing a pool easy since I've had to do little to nothing each week because it's sparkling clean and constantly ready to use. Something that Jason and his team does that other pool services don't provide is the time they take out of their day to educate you on your pool equipment, chemicals, etc. Ultimately, great services, prices, and overall quality!

JStarr Pools has been managing my pool and spa for roughly 1 year now and I couldn't be happier with the WEEKLY services I receive. Jason is very professional and is in constant communication with me regarding the status of the pool. His team provides weekly reports regarding their services, and he'll contact me directly prior to any additional services. Jason has now assisted me with upgrading my filters and heater, and he has provided me with prices as if I were family. He has gone out of the way to ensure installation of equipment is complete within days of my interest! I highly recommend JStarr
