Just moved into my new place about 7 months ago, and I've been taking care of the pool my self up until a couple months ago. I hired big AZ Pool service to take over as work is getting very busy and I've been neglecting my pool lately and it's only going to get busier. In the couple months they've been servicing my pool I haven't had any issues and it's always kept in pristine condition with them around. Great service, professionalism, and I'm glad I don't have to worry about my pool nor my pool service company any more. I've found the one.

They were on time and quick. Ryan and Morgan did a fantastic job. Andre, the owner, was very helpful and attentive as well as extremely knowledgeable about pools and the best services needed. I won’t use any other pool service. They have the best prices for the work they do!

I emailed BIG AZ, they called back within 20 mins. They showed up within 20 mins of the phone call. It was the end of their work day and they still came to see us. Our pool was in horrible shape and we were desperate. They made a game plan and had our green pool clear by the time they left. I appreciate that they send an email and photo after they complete a service. They explain what they did and send a photo on top of that. Amazing customer service AND they are good at what they do. I cannot recommend them enough

For the past 15 years, I have been hesitant to hire a pool cleaning service company. However, this year I decided to embark on this new journey of allowing someone to take on the responsibilities because of time restraints. I am writing this review with immense gratitude to express my satisfaction with BIG AZ POOL SERVICE and Ryan my Pool Tech because they have alleviated my worries of having to maintain my pool. I've used many pool companies in the past and they all were very unreliable. I've been with Big AZ Pool Services for several months now and Ryan always shows up on the day we had agreed upon. He is very personable and friendly. I get a photo from him when he has cleaned my pool so I know when he was at my house. They use Quickbooks for billing so it is very easy to pay the monthly service charge. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a pool cleaning service!

Ryan is the BOMB service guy. He does a thorough job of keeping your pool beautiful and has a great since of humor. Always on time and keeps you informed on any services your pool needs. Big AZ Pool Service is the best. Andre is the Bomb owner too.

We’ve been using big AZ pools for 6 months now and really like their job. Had a couple of companies coming before and none of them were as professional and reliable. Ryan is proactive, knowledgeable and responsible. I like to get the pictures and reports on my email after every visit to follow up, besides he is always super friendly and helpful when we have any questions regarding the pool!
