Our work and personnel reflect our desire to keep alive the spirit of our founder Adolph Duer. An immigrant, Mr. Duer built a reputation on "old world quality", honesty and customer satisfaction. With these principles in mind we continue to work and educate our employees in the most modern building and safety concepts.
Our team is headed by CEO Lawrence "Larry" Griebel, whose expertise in the field has lead to his election to numerous posts in Local Contractors Associations. Larry is the former President of The Subcontractors Association of Northeast Ohio, and continues to serve on the Board of Directors, as well as a past member of the Executive Committee of the Builders Exchange.
