We hired Drake's to design and redo all the landscaping around our house. Working with this company was a pleasure! Steven was our designer and he did a wonderful job listening to us and incorporating what we wanted with his own ideas to come up with a great plan. Ivan, Fredy and Jacob worked tirelessly to complete the design and were so kind, kept things as clean as possible, and dedicated. Paul was great and figured out our irrigation needs. Trisha was our project coordinator and was good at keeping us updated regularly. The work they performed was top notch. We are so very pleased with the outcome

I have been shopping here for several years. They have a wonderful selection of houseplants in their greenhouse as well as many outdoor seasonal plants. I don’t usually buy pots or soils there as it’s a little spendy, but their plants are really well priced and very healthy. I also buy liquid fertilizer here for better prices than online.
The staff is nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this little gem. If you get there early you can usually shop the greenhouse alone.

Drake’s 7 Dees designed and completely renovated our backyard. We could not be happier. It was a huge project and we put in a pool. There were many moving parts and Drake himself checked on the project daily. Nothing got left undone. He was amazing and so detail oriented! His team was also wonderful, positive and so hard working. We finished on time for summer and the communication from Drake was spectacular the entire time. Everything from the design to the plants are thoughtful and make sense. We would highly recommend Drake’s 7 Dees for a backyard remodel!

Amazing old school nursery. I almost dont want to post this for fear it will become too popular and plant nerds like me will have to wait in line to see what cool specimens they get in. I was there on a way to an appointment so I had limited time but was able to get a camellia species for bonsai, a hardy orchid, and two species of stag horn ferns for a great price. Cant wait to return.

We hired Trevor and his team to design and landscape our backyard after seeing the great work he did on a neighbors house. We are very happy with the results, it's a complete transformation. The crew (Ivan) was very professional, kept the site clean, stuck to their schedule and budget, and wore masks and kept social distancing due to COVID. I'd be happy to work with them again on any future projects.

I put off writing this review, hoping for some resolution, but without any closure to the situation, I hope that sharing my story will help others be aware when entering into a relationship with the company.

I shop at Dennis' 7 Dee's weekly. Today, I stopped into Drake's looking for houseplants. As I entered the greenhouse, an employee and I made eye contact. I smiled through my mask, but nothing. Whether she could tell or not? Who knows. Either way, she simply looked away and walked elsewhere. Absolutely no acknowledgment. As I continued browsing, I encountered another employee who I also made eye contact with. She just looked at me and didn't say a word either. 7 Dees, through their project manager Lars Nielsen, is by far one of the most responsive vendors I've experienced in my personal and business life. We did a significant re-do of our yard including landscape, fencing, retaining wall and irrigation. It's beautiful. A year later he makes himself available for follow up questions and site visits - always wearing a smile offering god suggestions. I give 7 Dees a 10 of 10 rating. Exceptional!!!

Don't waste your time. I reached out to this company to get an estimate and the kept stringing me along and after several days and emails replying back and forth I said I'd work around their schedule and agreed on a time that worked for them. They were supposed to show up today - well not only did they not show up but they also did not email or call me to notify me or to reschedule. I was emailing with someone named Nick. Absolutely horrible customer service and a waste of time.

Stopped by here today for a couple houseplants. I keep driving by it so I was glad to take a look. Really cute green house/cashier area. Lots of great plants for home, office or gifts. Lots of succulents and those popular "air" plants in all different shapes and sizes. They also had all kinds of colorful pots for very reasonable prices. I bought one small pot and (2) house plants for about $23. Left me alone to shop and asked if I needed help - I asked about the care of one of the plants and he was very helpful. We had a very nice conversation.

Thanks for wasting my time. Called to get an estimate for some landscaping. I scheduled out about 1-1/2 weeks. Saw the day of the appointment an email from the evening before, sent at 10:00 p.m ~ could he, Nic Linck, come 1/2 hour later? Unfortunately, I was already scheduled for later that am so could not reschedule MY appt. I asked if he could come later that afternoon? No. He asked for another day ~ I suggested the next day. That was last week. I never heard from him again. Guess they have enough work... Disappointing and rude.

Update! Got a call from Karen and a message from Drake. She and Drake both apologized for the way my experience was handled. Not only did they honor the gift card but also offered a discount and delivery of my purchases to my home. Their sincere care for my experience really matters! I had them redo my entire front yard and parking strip plantings. Plants supposedly come with lifetime warranty, but it is not honored. I've been calling for three yrs to have a hydrangea that is different specie /color from others - does not match. All i get is a run-around from the owner.
Update: October 29th
After 3 years, Drake finally swapped out the plant. Still, only 3 stars for all the frustration and wait.

First the positives- it's quick, and convenient, and the employees are friendly.
Now for the 2nd part. There's not much to choose from, and the quality of care seems to have gone down with each visit. Many of the plants look sad and wilted.
I did leave with 3 flowered plants thinking it would be cheaper than New Seasons, and I didn't want the drive out to Cornell Farms. The 3 plants are somewhat sad looking, but I think I can bring them back.
I dropped into New Season's for some lunch and to check out their selection afterwards. New Seasons had the same plants, healthy as
