I'm here to do one job: help you feel joyful when you open your front door to greet guests, relax in the backyard or look out your windows. To do that, I approach each project listening to what you want and need while getting attuned to what your outdoor environment is telling you it wants. After all, it is a living, breathing space.

We want you to enjoy the process as much as we do so we make it fun, easy, and stress-free. We'll spend an hour meeting with you at your home learning about you, your home, and your landscape.
As a landscape design studio (vs. a landscape design/build company) we do not install our designs. We believe the designer's input during the installation phase is so crucial to the success of the project that we build it into our design process.

I had a great experience working with Lisa and the Harmony Team. Lisa is very easy to collaborate and she is open to ideas for maximizing the utility and aesthetics. Lisa was fabulous, listening to our myriad ideas and helping us to articulate what we wanted. Our pricing ideas are always way behind the times but she was good about giving us a reality check on cost and letting us decide how ambitious to be. She was communicative and never "disappeared" for periods of time. Her landscape plan was sublime and has turned out beautifully. We also used her recommended landscaper, Mortar & Petal, and liked working with them very much. The owner, Brian, was nearly always on site and easy to work with. We are quite happy and excited with our new yard!

We have owned several homes and are DIY'ers from the first one thirty years ago but our current property has an unbelievably steep slope with somewhat hidden giant boulders scattered underneath the house, garage and down to the backyard fence. Lisa did a great job from start to finish. With about two hours of interaction she designed an all new landscape front and back and recommended the general contractor we ended up working with. We are very pleased with the results and are looking forward to years of family enjoyment and entertaining fiends in the new space. I'd recommend Lisa to anyone looking at a detailed and high-quality revamping or total replacement of their outdoor living area.

Lisa was recommended to me by a family member. My project would be much smaller in comparison. I own an end unit row house that is predominantly shade. While I had a general idea of what changes I wanted, I didn't know what would work best. Lisa was able to incorporate my likes/dislikes and expand on my ideas. Her final design was perfect for me. It has been nothing but a pleasure getting to work with Lisa to improve our landscape. Our backyard has been a bit of a wreck for the past couple years between the rainy season & our puppies playing. Lisa provided valuable feedback on a backyard landscape design that I had been working on and mulling over for many months. I had already received contractor bids averaging $30,000... my largest landscape project. I think what I really needed was affirmation. Lisa spent time looking over my design, offered several alternatives, and essentially instilled confidence that I could proceed to hire a contractor. She was very fair minded and honest in not trying to upsell me on services I may not need while still staying available for future consultation if needed as the project proceeds. Thank you!!

We already had a design but needed a professional to go over it and give their expert opinion. Other designers only offered design services or wanted to sell us strictly the design service. We used Lisa's landscape consulting option. Lisa worked with our design, simplified it and the final design was much better than we had. Pretty impressed with what she came up with. We'll be implementing the design in a couple weeks which we are excited for!
