This place was amazing! No awkward salesman coming to your house for a consultation, just a simple online process. I worked with James and he was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions and changes to our order. The actual installers were very professional and thorough with their work. These windows look amazing and have excellent efficiency! They are even better than other brands at a more reasonable price. The installation staff were very nice and worked fast an efficiently. The sales staff were also very nice and were not overwhelming. I didn't feel like I was getting sold on these windows--they speak for themselves. Better windows, better price, life-time warranty.

I have waited a while to update to see how the windows perform and to see if we have any more leaks. I have not been brave enough to have the windows washed again, but will update if there are any issues. However, we had a pretty huge thunderstorm recently and had no issues with leaking. Our energy bills are now lower, finally. The new installer was professional, punctual, and did a great job. Megan was very responsive to my concerns and remained professional throughout the process.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my new windows. Absolutely wonderful. My house is 35
years old and the original windows had gotten moisture between the panes and Valle you could see was the dust that had been drawn by the moisture. I can see clearly now the pane is gone. “Sounds like that out to be a song” Dan is a great man to work with and Eric is a fine man on the installation. I would recommend to anyone needing windows. The price is unbeatable. Keepbub the good work.

Absolutely love our Nirvana Soft-Lite windows. This is the second window installation we've done in 3 years for different properties and the Zen windows are my favorite. The frames are sturdy and function beautifully and they look great. The crew was efficient and professional. Robert is a true asset to the company. The pricing was great for this quality of window. Other bids came in less but speaking from experience, if the window doesn't function properly after a few months, it was a bad deal no matter what the cost. Other bids also came in higher, so Zen was in the middle.

We are very pleased with the quality of our recently installed Windows and the level of service. Two of our new windows when first installed did not shut quite right but the owner, Dan worked with us to get it right. We are very pleased with the result. It was also easy to get a quote without any high pressure sales and the price quoted was the final amount we paid. All of this was done online.
