The windows looked great but wasn't as I expected it on the STC rating part of it since I live right next to the airport and did emphasized during my quoting process. And one of the window that is a single hung keep having rain water sit inside the sill creating a pool until it dries out on its own. But overall, I am still happy for these windows.

Staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. I'm a first-time homeowner with limited experience, but these folks always know just how to answer my questions (and how to double-check my order with me, just in case).
A word of warning, though: Their website says that shipping takes 10 days to 3 weeks. When you're making your home improvement plans, you'll want to double this time. Maybe even triple it. Both orders I've made with them arrived a month later than they were supposed to--not a huge problem in Austin, TX, but definitely a hindrance during November/December in Michigan

Highly recommend. I had a fantastic experience. Window was very affordable and came exactly as described/promised. Customer service was exceptional. I received a very professional follow up call after I placed the order to confirm all the details. Follow up communications via email and phone regarding completion of order and instructions for pickup were great. Window actually arrived earlier than was promised and warehouse staff was very friendly, helpful and professional when I picked it up.

Wow, Derek Baker with the windowestore was absolutely AMAZING!! I had a tricky order for some basement windows and had tried several local companies with NO luck and then I found Derek online and called him and he answered the phone and guided me through it and made it so smooth and seamless. I was surprised at how easy the ordering process was and I gave the exact measurements I needed. I figured I would have to add shims to make them fit. The order was delivered on time and they were exactly the right size. Once I got the old window out after 1 hour of prying and banging the new window went in effortlessly in under 15 minutes. I will get all my windows from Window e-Store.

I guess this is ok,, i did not get the window i was expecting, which is of course disappointing,, not sure if this was my fault or theirs, but inherently difficult to order something like this over the phone. i think their website is just so so, after i compared some other window ordering web sites,, they did confirm over the phone, which is also of only limited value since i told the rep exactly what i needed and didn't get it.

Window e-Store is one of the last up front, respectable businesses in operation. From the start everyone was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever they needed so I could figure out what window I was going to get. And by everyone, I literally mean from the the very top, starting with their president Derek, all the way down to the CSR's. I ordered replacement windows for nonstandard-sized rough openings. I followed their instructions for measuring replacement windows and they made the windows to the exact size ordered. I asked for delivery to a local warehouse and it was a good experience. Windows received are of high quality and ready for installation. Customer service was great and they kept me informed of all the details for my order. I ordered a trial window to replace a single pane window from 1950 in my kitchen. It took a few weeks, but I brought it home at 9:30 this morning and I was done with the whole job by 11. Removing the old storm window mounting screws was the longest part of the job. It literally only took 15 minutes to install the new one. I still need to do some molding around it, but I'm very pleased with the product. Way easier than going through a big box store, and saved a ton of cash by installing it myself. I'll definitely be ordering more windows as I can afford it to replace all my old windows

I was tired of my butt freezing every night in the livingroom, so I finally said enough was enough and did an online search for home replacement windows. I quickly placed an order over the phone with Derek Baker. Derek was very thorough in helping me understand more about the type of windows they have to offer. He walked me through in selecting the type of window I needed to get, even though my window was a custom-sized order. Since the width of my window was below what was available for selection on the pull-down menu, he had to use another program in their system to fill in my order.
