I've used Don's several times and have always been happy with their level of service, but today they hit it out of the park. Of course, the night before our holiday travel, we realized that the person who ransacked our vehicle stole our Thule box keys. We needed the box for our trip and were stuck. I went by Don's, and they found the key and made it within an hour. Mind you, they were swamped and didn't think they could get to it, but they came through. That level of customer service is so rare.

I highly recommend using Don's Lock Shop if you want quick and efficient service.The locksmith was friendly, knowledgeable and had strong work ethics.
When I walked into their shop to have 10 keys made, the locksmith asked a few questions and thought it best to drive over to the building to check that all keys would unlock the doors smoothly. He tested each key and was able to reuse 6 and only needed to have 4 new ones made.
