About the size of a closet, our 2nd floor 5x5's are great for stacking boxes, a small desk w/chair, or luggage. The Reservation Deposit is the deposit amount needed to reserve a unit and the full amount will be credited back on the first rental invoice. Our 5*7 1st floor units are great for storing a Queen-sized bed, boxes furniture and much more!
Rent a mailbox here and get a real street address which is great for small businesses, looks better and allows you to get mail and packages from people that traditionally "don't ship to to PO boxes". If you receive an item too big to fit in your box, we will hold it behind the counter for you. Enjoy the convenience and safety of having your packages signed for, for you and protected from "porch pirates".
The prices are good, but they are way better than they seem as there are NO hidden bull**** admin fees and deposits and lock charges, etc. Check them out. I recommend it. Get customer service coupled with a clean facility is exactly why 12 Broadway Storage has been in business for so long. Great value especially for the location!

We thought this would work well because it was close to our old place but this storage unit should not be located where it is and it needs to be updated badly. It's in the middle of a stretch of pubs and restaurants, so if you're moving on a Saturday, you'll run into drunk people peeing and puking in the alley. There is no designated parking so you have to cross your fingers that you can park in the alley if no one else is moving that day, and if you can't, you'll have to illegally park and block traffic.

I selected 12 Broadway Self Storage after checking out a few of the other bigger, newer facilities-- the ones that offer those catchy move-in deals "First month free!", but when you read the fine print its totally bogus because all they do is give you a discount off your rent over several months and you are forced to pay a bunch of other BS fees (admin fees, make you buy insurance, purchase their overpriced locks, etc.). So when I came upon Broadway Self Storage the guys were totally straight, no hidden fees, no BS.

Nice facility parking easy to access Zack got me set up with my box for basic mail allowing me to have a local address as I start to relocate to the Denver area highly suggest this area and store if looking for Mini Storage or Postal boxes great job thank you Zack looking forward to Future business with you all hoping to get a storage unit on the 3rd have a safe day and thank you again

Stored some of my stuff here for about 3 months while moving out of state. Staff was cool. My storage unit was a good size and inexpensive. Helpful elevator and carts. The only problem was that parking on Broadway is rough much of the day. To reliably get a good spot have to get there in the morning between 8:30am and about 11am or so. Can use the back alley as well but this seemed too cramped for me. I'd use these guys again given the opportunity.

Honored to be part of the long line of Yelp Denver Community Managers to review this particular storage unit (but for real, how rad are my predecessors/coworkers?)! I decided to give the Yelp storage unit a little early spring cleaning this past weekend, because there IS such a thing as too much schwag (especially if it's from 2014). I echo past CMs in saying this unit gets the job done--it stores things securely and keeps it out of my living room, which is major. My thoughts (the good, the bad, and the scary)--

Helped my friend move to Denver and while moving furniture realized the couch wouldn't fit in the appartment. Needed a place to store it and luckily found 12 Broadway Self Storage. The weekend manager Zach was awesome and couldn't have been more helpful. Customer service was amazing and would recommend over and over.

Recently I moved to a smaller apartment and had to rent a 10X10 unit. I am very happy that I chose this storage! They were very helpful and accommodating. I am a small woman and was struggeling to move some of my furniture. For the first time in my life storage personal actually helped me to move stuff into the unit (throughout my life I have rented storage units handful of times)! I am very grateful to all of them for great service and of course for reasonable prices!

Zach you absolutely rock!!! Picture this, Condo is sold we need to be out by 4pm. Low life "special ops movers" 5 hours late then bait and switch price. U haul rented with 3 hours to be out of Condo then to Broadway storage for remaining belongings, we arrive at 4:30 and they close at 6:30. All of this in 5 degree temps, snow ,ice, and getting dark. We see it slipping away, there is no way my husband and I can do this in 2 hours. That is until Zach steps in and helps. That is until he says don't worry we will get it done. We rented a 10x10 storage space for about 5 years. We needed extra storage so we wanted a clean, convenient and safe inside storage that we can stop by as needed. The place is very friendly, professional, clean and most of all, very accommodating. It has an alley access,a freight elevator, carts/dollies available and just near I-25. Also, it's not a huge facility so all the spaces are pretty convenient to the exits. It's a family owned business and it shows. The Yelp storage unit is in a really convenient location in Baker. I can get down the on the bus and getting to event from there is a relatively inexpensive cab ride.
With a studio apartment, I don't really have the space to keep everything I need for every event at my place, so it's nice to be able to take it all back to the locker at the end of the day. I don't really think there's anything that sets it heads about the rest

I have a lot of stuff that needs to be stored. Things like a 10x10 tent for festivals, boxes of schwag, funny costumes from multiple photo booths... the list goes on and on. And since Sir Nicholas doesn't like our living room to look like we are always moving I had to get a storage unit. I initially choose Broadway Self Storage based simply on location and price.
