I made an online reservation for a cargo van and approximately 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the van, someone named Moses called me and said the van would not be available at the time I had reserved (2pm). He was very nonchalant about it like it shouldn't be a problem, but I explained that it was going to present a problem because I needed to move my daughter back into her college dorm during a specific time slot (due to COVID protocols). We have had a small unit for one year here. I love the location close to 1-225 and Missippi for friend and movers to find. Very clean and temperature controlled indoor units. Easy to find your locker in the building as the rows have Aurora street names. The manager Ken and others who fill in for him are all very helpful and wonderful to work with. I am getting 1 more unit to store a special collection as this storage complex keeps my property safe and dry. I would recommend this storage unit complex to anyone in Aurora needing to store items short or long term!

The managers are really nice people. They are very helpful and easy to work with. The facility is very clean and nicely updated. The movers even mentioned that it was the nicest storage facility they have ever been to. And it is great that you can reserve and get a free truck rental when you move-in. That saved us a lot of money.
